Welcome to the website of Simpsons Special Care Babies (SSCB), the children's charity dedicated to the care of premature or sick newborn babies, and the support of their parents.

We are a small charity based in Edinburgh, and we support the Neo Natal Unit based in the "Simpsons" maternity unit (formerly the Simpson Memorial Maternity Pavilion), part of the New Royal Infirmary Of Edinburgh.

The charity is run by volunteers who either work in the unit, or have had a child (or children) go through it.

This website will hopefully tell you a little bit about what we do, and why we do it, and if you are interested in joining us or making a donation, we would love to hear from you.
