WAYS YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
From companies and organisations to trusts and individuals, there are lots of ways, big and small, to contribute your time or fundraising efforts to Simpsons Special Care Babies.
Individual Fundraising
Like a challenge? Check out our events page for details of a host of challenges that you can take part in across Scotland to raise vital funds which will be used to support The Simpsons neonatal unit as well as specific fundraising events that we have organised.
Alternatively you may wish to set your own personal challenge
Whether this be a sponsored walk, cycle or swim. For the more daring we have had people who have held a sponsored skydive or bungee jump.

If physical challenges are not your thing, there are plenty of other ways that you could raise funds. Why not;

Hold a sponsored silence (a great one for the kids)

Arrange a teddy bear’s picnic

Arrange a bake sale for babies

Hold a fundraising night at your local community centre or sports club
These are just a couple of ideas to help you get started.
If you would like to run your own event please do get in touch with us. We can provide collection buckets and banners as well as help with its promotion.
What to do once you have raised the money
Once you have completed your challenge or event, you can pay over the money using our online donation system or sending a cheque to us.
When paying over the money please remember to tell us about what you have done and when so that we can include details on our news and events page.

Becoming a Corporate Partner
Partnering your business with SSCB is a way to involve your staff as a team in helping neonatal babies. Choose us as your charity of the year or make us the beneficiary of funds raised at a corporate event. We can tailor a partnership that ties in best with your CSR goals. In return, you receive acknowledgement on our website and literature, as well as fundraising updates and newsletters to circulate to staff.

Payroll Giving
Payroll giving is a simple, tax-free way for employees to support SSCB. It’s easy to set up and each employee can choose whatever amount to give on a monthly basis.

Fundraising
From fun runs to cake bakes to marathons, you can raise vital funds for SSCB with a sponsored event. Contact us in advance and we can supply free SSCB t-shirts or running vests for all participants and offer our support.
